Hi, I'm...
Usman Khalid
Born to create solutions to complex challenges, driven by a love for mathematics.

About Me
I am currently a second-year Software Engineering student at Coventry University with a strong passion for mathematics and a drive to solve real-world problems through innovative technology. My journey in programming has provided me with hands-on experience in languages such as C++, JavaScript, Python, and PHP, enabling me to create practical, user-focused solutions that are both efficient and impactful.
Beyond academics, I am an entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of ventures. I own a car sales business, oversee and manage third-party dealership operations, and ensure top-notch service for clients. My passion for business innovation has inspired me to venture into digital marketing, with plans to launch my own digital marketing company in the near future.
Balancing these pursuits has equipped me with valuable skills in time management, problem-solving, and efficiency. Whether streamlining business operations or developing technology solutions, I am committed to crafting strategies that save time and resources while delivering exceptional results.

ExTracker

Technologies Used: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL
ExTracker is a user-friendly web application for managing financial records. It allows users to log expenses, track spending, and manage unapproved claims with an approval workflow for managers. Featuring a clean green-themed interface, it ensures usability and readability. Built with PHP and MySQL, this project demonstrates my ability to create efficient full-stack applications with secure user authentication and dynamic front-end functionality.
Ad & Costsheet Generator

Technologies Used: C
"Ad & Costsheet Generator" is an early coding project designed to streamline tasks for car dealerships by automating the creation of folders and advertisements. Developed for use in a Command Terminal, it allows efficient input of vehicle information, saving time and improving reliability. Despite its lack of visual design due to being created before I learned HTML and CSS, the program is currently used by two dealerships in Birmingham, UK. This project highlights my ability to deliver practical, efficient solutions to real-world problems.
